High Quality

Pain Care

Are you suffering from nagging or longstanding pain?

Is it getting in the way of what you want to do?

Is it interfering with your quality of life?

I’ve dedicated my entire adult life to the study of the human body and mind so that I can help people just like you.

I believe that the human body (and mind) possesses the capacity and the drive to heal and that if we’re able to give our bodies what they need, they will adapt in a positive way and will allow us to do what we ask of them.

But sometimes we don’t know what our bodies need.

Is pain OK? How much is too much?

Should I rest or push through?

Am I hurting myself if I keep going?

How can I make sure that I can keep doing what I want to do?

This is exactly what I want to help you with.

Together we will unpack your pain problem by developing mutual awareness and understanding of exactly what’s going on.

We will determine the causes and contributing factors to your problem and systematically address them, using an array of tools and techniques.

Ultimately, we will make sure that you’re safe to perform the activities that you desire and live the life that you want.

You deserve to feel safe to move again.
